Clean Grip; Fast Up, Slow On The Way Down; 0 Seconds At The Top & Bottom

Strength Conditioning
4 Rounds
5 Overhead Squats (155/110)
6 Weighted Back Hypers With A 1 Second Pause At The Top (As Heavy As Possible)
Rest As Needed Between Sets

70 3′ Broad Jump Burpees
5 Power Cleans Every 10th Burpee (155/110)
