4 Overhead Squat*
10 Toes-to-Bar
Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds
*At 70% of Max Snatch

Strength Conditioning
5 Rounds Not For Time
8 Push Presses*
10 Strict Pull-ups (Slow On the Way Down)
Rest 1.5-2 Minutes Between Rounds
*As Heavy As Possible
