For 37 Minutes Move Through:
750 Meter Row
30 Pull-ups
15 Deadlifts (275/195)
25 Strict Handstand Push-ups
Every 7th Minute (Minutes 7, 14, 21, 28 & 35) Stop & Complete:
2 Minute AMRAP
Wall Balls (20/14)*
Complete 10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53) on Every Break of the Wall Balls

Perceived Effort Pace on the Main Section: 3-4
Perceived Effort Pace on the 2 Minute AMRAPs: 6-7
