2 Thrusters + 1 Shoulder-to-Overhead
Start at 55% of max clean & jerk and increase to a heavy complex.

6 x 400 Meter Run
Rest 1.5 Minutes Between 400s

4 Sets of 8-12 Weighted GHD Sit-ups
