*Not Including Warm-up Sets

Rest 2 Minutes Then:
3 Rounds
18 Push-ups
14 Alternating Seated Dumbbell Press*
Rest 1 Minute Between Sets
*As heavy as possible w/ good form

Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35)
400 Meter Run
