  • 9 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Push Jerks

Rx 70/45 kg

Start with 12 Deadlifts and continue with 9 Hang Power Cleans and 6 Push Jerks. When you’re done start over again with 12 Deadlifts and keep the sequence until finishing 5 rounds.
