Now on its second week, the third workout for the International Online Qualifier – a coalition between four Sanctionals allowing athletes to complete a single qualifier for all – has been released.

The WOD consists of a DT Ladder and looks like this:

Every 4 minutes, complete 3 rounds of the following:

  • 12 Deadlifts
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Shoulder-to-Overhead

Round 1 – 95, 65lb

Round 2 – 135, 95lb

Round 3 – 155, 105lb

Round 4 – 185, 130lb

Round 5 – 205, 145lb – *AMRAP with remaining time

The interesting this about this is, when an athlete finishes the three rounds at a given weight, they don’t have to wait for the four minutes to be up before they start the next three rounds. Instead, they just increase the weight to the next load and add another 4:00 to their time-cap.

Score submissions are due September 2nd at 8pm (ET).

The International Online Qualifier is the qualifying route for Wodapalooza, CrossFit Atlas Games, SouthFit CrossFit Challenge and Filthy 150.

All four Sanctionals have partnered up with WODProof to provide all athletes a chance for fair competition and legitimise the online scoring process.
