“Woke up at 3am this morning and we rode 1000 miles. San Diego – Las Vegas – Reno – Sacramento – Scotts Valley. And then once we arrived to Scotts Valley we did a 1000 rep workout. 

20 rounds of
5 Pull ups 
10 push-ups 
15 air squats 
20 double unders. 

Finished the 1000 miles and 1000 rep workout in 19 hours.”
