Complex = with a KB in 1 arm, 3 Russian swings + 3 cleans + 3 squats + 3 presses. Then do the same complex in the other arm. Do 6 rounds of working sets.

WOD: 7 minutes of sled relays with 7 minutes of rowing relays. 2 minute rest between the two WODs
