Even Minutes: 6-12 Strict Handstand Push-ups
Odd Minutes: 12-14 Kettlebell Bench Press
-Rest 2 Minutes-
6-Minute EMOM
Even Minutes: Max Kipping Handstand Push-ups
Odd Minutes: Rest

Strength
Every 3 Minutes for 3 Rounds
10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
8 Strict Weighted Pull-ups

Conditioning
For 30 Minutes Move Through:
15 Hang Muscle Snatches
20 Push-ups
15 Reverse Grip Pull-ups
20 Ring Dips
15 GHD Sit-ups
Perceived Effort Pace: 3-4
Select weight by feel. You should not need to break on any weighted movement more than once.
