Eric Beebe is a remote participant for our U-22 challenge which began on January 3. In just over four weeks he has seen tremendous results. Eric does CrossFit three times a week and also swims three times a week. With a 6’5 build, Eric is not a small man. During this short time, his weight has dropped from 265-251. He even spent ten days of this challenge in Las Vegas for work eating out every night with clients. He took the time before hand to check out the restaurant menus so he could make a conscious, smart choice for his meals. When at home he and his wife have been more intentional about meal prepping, and his daughters are even becoming interested and asking questions about health and nutrition. Now they even want to meal prep for school lunches! No better way to teach your children than lead by example.
