Group Training Class Schedule 

Monday – Thursday: 6:00am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday: 6:00am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am, 9:30am

Sunday: 11:00am – 1:00pm (open gym)

 

Sports Performance 

Monday – Thursday, 6:30pm

 

Strongman 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00am – 9:00am

Friday: 10:00am – 12:00pm

Sunday (instructional coaching): 11:00am – 1:00pm

Open gym during all regular gym hours

 

Powerlifting

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00am – 9:00am

Friday: 10:00am – 12:00pm
