Unbreakable Boobs CrossFit Event
Benefiting breast cancer patients at IU Health
Join the fun on Saturday, October 5, 2019 when Unbreakable Athletics Academy hosts the 7th Annual Unbreakable Boobs CrossFit event to benefit patients going through breast cancer treatment at IU Health.
Anyone can participate! Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced CrossFit workouts will be available! Each work-out is a version of Grace (30 Clean and Presses). Beginner will use #95/65; Intermediate will use #135/95, and Advanced will use #185/135. In addition, “Grace on the Run” will be offered – which is a one mile run, 30 Clean and Presses, and one mile run. All divisions other than Grace on the Run will have a 7 minute time cap. Athletes who want a Strongman option will be able to do 30 Atlas Stones within 7 minutes as well! The day will conclude with all participants doing 7 minutes of burpees.
