Good Mornings in the ATP (Belt Squat)
 
Set the weights and belt and then, like all other good mornings, reach your hips back with soft knees and a straight back. Then bring your hips forward, while squeezing your glutes. You can do them to warm up or for a finisher. Or you can add load and work on strength. Thanks Melissa!
