Carter Knoll is a senior at Plainfield high school. The oldest of three boys and a well-rounded athlete. Carter has consistently played baseball, football and basketball. Carter has trained at Unbreakable with our sports performance program since he was in sixth grade. He had really started to grow and wanted to increase his strength. He was getting more serious with sports and looking for ways to improve. With his friends working out with him it made it more fun and also more competitive. Carter’s hard work has paid off. He will be continuing his academic and athletic career at UIndy in the fall, studying Human Biology and playing baseball. “Some advice I would give a younger athlete wanting to join sport performance: is to be completely open with yourself, have fun, work as hard as you can, and don’t focus on others, focus on your own goals and progress!“
