Inder Heran has been training with us for a year and a half. In that time his strength has improved in impressive amounts. In recent months he has seen an increase of 45 pounds conventional and 80 pounds on sumo deadlifts, and added 30 pounds to his bench press PR. Last May he completed Murph vested, which is his favorite memory at UAA so far. His proudest accomplishment inside the gym is mastering rope climbs. Consistency and hard work is paying off! Inder is working towards his current goals of mastering a muscle up and increasing his over head squat PR to 185 pounds.
No doubt he will achieve these goals.
