Annually athletes come together to complete a challenging work-out. It’s in honor of the fallen soldiers and sailors with Operation Red Wing. It’s our Memorial Day Murph. We raise money for the Murph Foundation

We are also recruiting athletes to perform the work out. People can partner and split the work-out, do it alone, scale it up or down, or simply complete it as is. The work-out is:
