Fitness: 15 minutes: 20 KB sumo DL+ 20 bridges
CrossFit: 4X8 dead lift + 15 bridges each set
Competition: 8X4 dead lift (pause just below the knee for two seconds) + 15 bridges each set
WOD: 14minute partner AMRAP WOD
Fitness/CrossFit/Scaled: split 500m row + run 400M together + split 50 jumping air squats
Competition: wear a vest
